Since the Buckeye State was recently found to be the most profane state, that is definitely what we call a "Go fuck yourself you fucking brain-dead jerkoff" look.

I've seen it before, trust me on this one.

She more than answered his question, (preventive care actually eventually means fewer insurance claims own the road) and he didn't like it that she answered it with proof and logic, so he freaks out.

Typical. Republicans are just unstable.

Like talking to the Republic of Korea! Priceless.

You know, whenever I read and hear this idiocy, I wonder about their spouses and children. For example, in my family, if I say something stupid, my kids are perfectly happy to point that out to me. When I say something particularly stupid, they're entitled to shake their heads in sorrow at having such a clueless father. To be fair, I do the same with them. Maybe the children of RW idiots and nutjobs are just as idiotic and nutjobby as their parents, but I still can't help but wonder if somewhere deep inside they regret that they were not born to some just a tad smarter.

understand why he keeps getting reelected in my district.
After Secretary Sibelius said no to his question he turned into a bobblehead and you could tell he was not even listening to her answer but tried to talk over her. It seems to me if you ask a question, it kind of behooves you to listen to the answer. How this rude and classless idiot ever got through West Point is beyond me and also a bit scary. When I write him on any issue always I get back a general form letter on the subject.
But make no mistake, he do love his christianity, his twitter page is full of bible quotes yet when it comes to helping the poor, disadvantaged or unemployed, he is straight tea party. Disgusting as a rep!

Really, the Republicans are way out of line in their treatment of this gentle, but firm lady. I'm so proud of Secretary Sibelius.

And the Secretary is right. The secret behind the lower health care costs in countries that have universal insurance, usually single payer of some sort, is that the preventive care "prevents" patients from needing more costly care. And as a little bonus, the preventive care lengthens life expectancy.

The Republicans just aren't intelligent enough to understand long-term benefits in many areas.

One of the reasons that mainly Republican or conservative states have higher divorce rates and why Republicans have, all in all, more sex scandals among their politicians, is that compared to the Democratic consciousness, the Republican consciousness values immediate gratification of the individual over long-term investment and gain.

The Republicans look at the short-term. They don't seem to think long-term. That may seem to be an over-generalization, but think about it carefully. The budget deficit? Short-term thinking. Their views on education and emphasis on today's test scores? Short-term thinking. Over and over the fundamental difference is that they indulge in short-term thinking and grabbing the immediate gratification rather than in long-term strategic thinking.

It's really sad.

What a f*cking cop-out!! I hate that comeback! I hear it from right-wingers at work (and family reunions) whenever I best them with facts.

What I want to reply with is "No, we do not 'agree to disagree.'! I know what I'm talking about and you're as dumb as rocks!" (but refrain to maintain peace).

Next time, I might use the ol' "Your ignorance does not trump my intelligence!"

that this Congresman just "Lost a great deal of face" in that country, and probably will be the topic of discussion and apologies for many weeks to come.
