US Gun Manufacturers & 2A, The Eye Of The Death Hurricane

The Second Amendment -- we already know what it says -- is the legal basis of gun manufacturers. They both constitute the eye of the gun death hurricane that has settled over this country.

I've owned guns and used them -- shot a .22 and single barrel shotgun as a kid, had a snub-nose .38 Smith and Wesson in college, which probably makes me a non-expert about all things guns -- but since my twenties, I decided that I will never own a gun, despite having a passing familiarity with them as tools, or be part of a culture that surrounds them.

While we talk about mental health problems, gun access problems, good owners, bad owners, silly accidents and children's death by guns, I think it's also good to have visuals to help get perspective on how close we are to manufacturers and the Americans who make their living from gun manufacture and sales.

It also looks as if the unemployed can find jobs in the increasing gun market.

I think it's important that we know who all makes the guns, where they're located. I'm thinking about how legally liable we can make these manufacturers, and how immune to liability they seem to be.

Given the latest massacre, I think these visuals provide some context for the issues that guns very existence constantly force upon all of us. I couldn't locate gun manufacturers in western states. Perhaps someone can help out.

If this thread doesn't lend itself to discussion, so be it.
