1. Another Amendment to the Constitution?

Listening to this video, and all the other ones that have just come out about the Hobby Lobby decision, I was thinking that maybe not just one, but two amendments to our constitution might be needed: The first one would be an amendment to get money out of politics and to deny corporate personhood, of course. And then, what about an amendment that somehow prohibits the SCOTUS from legislating from the bench like this? I'm not a legal eagle, and don't know exactly how this would be done, or what exact form or wording it would take, but I think such an amendment might be a good idea. What do you all think?
