It doesn't matter if Mr. Brown was going to college or trade school, whether he actually stole a $5.00 pack of Swishers while roughing up a convenience store clerk or not, whether he was a "thug," or not, he didn't deserve summary execution in the street by some trigger happy cop. His character is not the question, he was assassinated in the street, by a policeman, apparently for walking in the street while black. Would we be dissecting the character of a white person who had been murdered by a black cop for walking in the street, no, we would be talking about the "Ni**er cop," killing an innocent white boy, and the black cop would be in jail, right now. Can we please keep it simple, a black man was murdered in the street by a white cop while jaywalking, and the white cop is apparently not charged or even suspected of illegal conduct, that's the story.
