This one is not very long, very short...45 sec..but it happened, and she pointed it out on "Take The Stairs"
In a clear and precise way, and everyone who listens for that moment can see it..
Then the man says something like, "We covered that.."
Sure they did..

(2,212 posts)... to do a feature titled "Media Drops Ball on Ray Rice" a couple days after the "The message is: Take the stairs!" comment and act like they themselves aren't one of the main sources of the problem.
"Who, us?!"

(38,454 posts)That is exactly what that man next to Christine Brennan sounds like..
"Oh, we didn't do anything", "We regret that".. and then switches the subject, very quickly..
Fox News is the Problem, creates the problem.
Defines the Problem..
This clip just shows, how little Fox News gives a shit about "the problem"....
If it cared, it might have spent some more time, admitting it was "wrong" with this reporter...and discussing the role Fox had in this truly ugly statement from its panel..." Fox News and Friends"...........
"Oh..that is over.." the man implies...That is a lie..
That is what Fox does the best...lies..

(492 posts)He was a pretty good player, but a show boat and a hot dog on the field. I'm pretty sure it was Ms Brennan he confronted in the locker room one day, early in the age when women reporters were allowed in the locker room after games. He walked up to her, took his towel off, wiggled to show off his "thing" and asked "Hey, Chrissy, do you know what this is?"
"It looks like a penis," she replied. "Only smaller."
I like to think that Gastineau can still hear the laughter of ridicule from his team mates that filled the locker room.
Christine Brennan is and has been a professional who is not cowed by bullshit or piggishness.

(9,350 posts)I am glad she did not let him, or FOX News off the hook. She did not let him get away with saying the next day they said they were not taking the story lightly. She pointed out the stairs comment should not have been made.
