Inflation rising in 2012

Apologies in advance if you have to watch an ad first.

Paul Krugman (who ought to be Treasury Secretary) says an overall inflation raate between 3 and 4 percent would actually be beneficial.

Living on the moon? Obviously they haven't been grocery shopping or pay a medical bill lately. Inflation has been much higher then what our gov officials have let on. Prices of things that count have gone through the roof.
Real inflation is probably in the ballpark of 8 to 11%. Food and healthcare probably much higher. I guess the gov is only worried about the price of flat screen TV's.
