We must be prepared for a few bitter disappointments in states where Republicans have prohibited just enough people to vote to sway things their way. They know ever since Florida, 2000, that this can have huge consequences, and they are not about to have those consequences go against them. They paid a LOT of money for this election. They want a decent return on it--a far better one than they got two years ago, for example.
