Beyond that, everything else is unimportant.

The Democratic Party doesn't want to lose -- its corporate donors.
(You and I are a footnote in this campaign.)

Fail at both, IMO.

But I'd definitely vote for Carol:

But even if they don't they have a democrat they can count on to vote the "right" way.

To me, it's the same as the turd they ran against Rand Paul. He was a ZERO! That's why Paul got elected....not because he had anything to offer, but because the Democratic opponent was a jerk-off. Remember how he tried to make it all about some "cult" that Rand Paul belonged to in college? Jesus...who gives a rat's behind. He was probably stoned stupid the whole time he went to college.

Candidates like this woman are why we lose in the South. Until we put up candidates that really represent the progressive movement, and are someone with some credibility and brains, we WILL LOSE! Look at Nunn. She'll win because she has more than her opponent, who is a corrupt ass hole.

I'd be ashamed of myself if I lost to Mr. Turtlehead. She should be too.

..perhaps insulting him by referring to him as a turd may be a bit careless, but he sure impressed as a weak, fledgling candidate that spent more energy trying to make Rand Paul into a college goof ball than focusing on what he had to offer Kentucky as their senator. I'm shocked to learn he is running for governor? Seriously, I hope he is more focused and effective in this campaign than he was against Paul. I found it hard to support him against Paul.
I used the term "turd" because he was weak at best, and appeared off on irrelevant tangents that cost Kentucky a Democrat in Congress today.
Possibly my perception was off, but he appeared to be the weakest Deomcratic senatorial candidate that I watched.

and it's sad....because all she needs to do is play smash mouth politics, just like Cenk says. If she would just bring to light his corruption which runs through his entire political life I suspect and just spit daggers at him to his face with these truths, then she'll win if she doesn't she won't, it's that simple.

Do you think this is her only commercial? Seriously you put out different spots to appeal to different groups of people.

But of course this guy (low ratings on MSNBC) and all you keyboard warriors know more

maybe he should do a segment on his MSNBC career why his ratings suck and how he could do a better program

And the message is spot on.
Running to the right of rethugs in Ky has never worked, yet the last 20 years have seen campaign after campaign try to appeal to RW voters who will never vote for Democratic candidates.
All this does is undercut the Democratic base, platform, and suppress voter turnout.
Which is the whole point of the conserva-dems.

this is not her only tv spot. Its dumb to act like this is her whole campaign.

She has run a great race against a guy who is considered unbeatable. And she is doing better then anyone else has.
So he has no clue what he is talking about and neither do you.

She had Sen Warren on the campaign trail with her talking about all the Democratic ideas and some to the left of those.

Also she is NOT trying to appear to RW voters and if you and this nit wit knew anything you would understand that.
She is appealing to moderate voters that could swing to Dems.

Some of her others ads are even worse, like her 'amnesty' ad.

Cenk's commentary is spot on. These ads are weak and only erode her base voters.

The ad they run against Billionaire bankster Pete Ricketts says something about how Pete can't keep us safe from criminals because of some obscure law. Unreal!!!! No one believes that or cares. What you need to say is he wants this policy and the his big donors want this policy and that's going to SCREW YOU! Trying to out-Republican the Republican, just like Cenk says.

She would have lost by 20 points at the very least.

Jefferson County and Fayette County don't have enough votes in them to make someone the next Senator from Kentucky.

is Cenk and his idiotic whines and facial expressions making fun of Grimes. But, then, I stopped watching that person a long time ago. However, does any of this make any difference? No. Months ago, Grimes should have said: yes, I voted for Obama, but I didn't agree with him on this, this and that-- Then the people would have said, "well, at least she's honest. That's kind of different... I think I'll give her a try."
