It really sank in a few weeks ago when that MMA fighter beat up his ex-girlfriend in Las Vegas -- he was found in his hometown outside of LA.

Frien had been sighted near a high school -- a high school that he had attended.

What they have in common is that they're self-defeatingly egotistical: they can't exist where they don't feel completely secure and in control.
