I wish he had a talent for organizing resistance to the oligarchy like he has for articulating the reasons why the oligarchs' rule needs to be resisted. We need to organize some serious resistance to the greed-is-good ethic being imposed on us by the oligarchs in order to justify their greed and selfishness.

Ayn Rand was an atheist, which does not bother me in and of itself. After all, I don't believe in the Abrahamic God. What bothers me about Ayn Rand's atheism is that it is based on a rejection of not so much of the God of Jesus, but of the ethic of Jesus. She understood the Sermon on the Mount better than Jerry Falwell and other Christian rightists, who embrace the Abrahamic God and still reject ethic of Jesus. Jesus blessed the poor and meek; Ayn Rand and her followers, whether they believe in any God or not, damn them.
