Cop Reacts When Confronted For Littering (Video)

A small town Louisiana police officer got a little hot under the collar when confronted by two citizens who observed a passenger with the officer throw something out of the window. For over 8 minutes, Officer Chester Lee Williams with the Ferriday, Louisiana police department argued with the two men who caught the littering passenger in the act.

The confrontation – all caught on the below video – begins with the two men, both reportedly ex-cops, approaching Williams in a grocery store parking lot.

“I saw your passenger roll down the window and throw out a piece of candy wrapper on the road back there, and I just wanted to let you know that’s not right,” says one of the two men who was later identified as driver Marcus Smith. His passenger, Randall Garrett, recorded the whole exchange.

“Let me tell you what you do. You worry about you,” responds Williams.

“I’m worried about you because you would pull over and write a ticket,” Smith retorts.

“How do you know what I would do?” Williams replied.

This set the tone for the ensuing back and forth between the two men and Williams, which was laced with insults and profanity.

The cop should not have littered, but that's a petty misdemeanor. He's not like Darren Wilson, shooting an unarmed teen in a surrender position.
