3. My first reaction was that it's funny Cuomo is asking this question now.

A little late. Then I pulled up the video and found out it is five months old.

Dumb question or ludicrous as Lavelle pointed out is correct. I believe Putin
was the first to urge a cease fire so the crash site could be accessed and was
also urging 'cooperation' from all involved from the get go.

Cuomo is a hack trying his best to support the talking points du jour while being
mopped up by a journalist superior to himself.
