Looks like it might be a wire-haired terrier... those dogs are psychotic to begin with. I watched one for a neighbor once, wasn't sure which one of us was going to survive the ordeal. I rarely watch dogs for anyone after that, though some dogs are awesome and I will watch them in their humin's absence.
