Law Clerk and Others Refuse To Follow Law
Several law clerks throughout the nation announced their intention to not issue marriage licenses to same sex couples, in opposition to the Supreme Court's ruling last week, citing religious reasons.
The clerks will either have to decide to resign their posts for refusing to follow the duties of their position, or refuse and go to jail for breaking the law and their oath of office.
