Republicans have signaled that they are going to prevent President Obama from being able to appoint judges to fill vacancies all over the country for the remainder of his presidency, a move that has left many jurisdictions in “judicial emergencies.” Obstruction has always been their game plan but they’re taking it to new heights in the last 18 months of the Obama administration.

The corporations will be able to harpoon anything they do not like in a private court. Much of what Congress and any president would do could be moot. Affects profit? Begone!
