TYT: Unarmed Man With Hands Up Shot Dead By Police [VIDEO]

Every week we think we've seen the worst example of unjustifiable police violence on an unarmed suspect, but then the next week comes and another horrific incident occurs. Gilbert Flores was a suspect in an assault case and led the police on a chase. He surrendered to police with his hands up and was shot by two officers. John Iadarola deliver's his Final Judgment on "hand's up, don't shoot."

Were the police at all justified in the shooting? Will anything change after this video is released?

then the only way they will have left to keep order will be to crack down all the harder, thus perpetuating the cycle of distrust and loss of legitimacy. The result will be either a repressive police state, or complete chaos and anarchy. Either way, if the police departments of this country don't get their shit together in a hurry, it's going to get as whole lot worse for them and for us.
