To be fair, I suspect that the date range chosen for the graphic of millionaires' effective taxation rate vs. unemployment is cherry picked to either exaggerate a negative correlation or to outright show a negative correlation where none exists.

Nevertheless, it was fair game for Cenk to point out that the tax cuts were promoted as a job creating measure and yet they appear to be no such thing.
