This is nothing but a money grab by the republican kleptocracy that is going after everything by privatizing it; Prisons, Public Schools, Military, Social Security, Post Office and any state or public works that are unionized. Whenever something is priviatized the costs go up substantially and quality goes down, corruption becomes rampant and their cure destroys or at least substantially increase the costs for the whole thing. They create a fiscal crisis in the institution i.e. public schools, post office etc., declare it a disaster and prescribe privatization as the cure. It is a shame and will bankrupt system(s) that are already under great financial stress. If you think privatizing public schools is going to save money you will be in for a rude awakening. Costs will go up multi-fold.
