Related: About this forumHillary Can’t Have It Both Ways On Corporate Funders
In the recent Democratic Presidential Debate, Hillary Clinton said that her donations and fees from corporations have no impact on her personal views, and that they dont mean shell give industries special favors if elected. But her change of heart on issues recently shows that this money is certainly influencing her beliefs, and she needs to be honest about the impact of money in politics.
Farron Cousins discusses this on The Ring of Fire.

(6,436 posts)2. I hate to be picky but, do you have any specifics. Like what legislation did she sponsor that
showed favoritism for a donor.
Really, can we see a campaign that is more than blatant McCarthyism?? IS that too much to ask for from Sanders supporters?
... Anyone making charges based on no evidence is running a suspect campaign to my way of thinking.
Did you just compare calling politicians out for taking contributions to McCarthyism?
Seriously????
That is the kind of argumentation I would expect to hear on Fox news.
The only reason corporations donate to you is to get things they want. That is basically it.
