Viz is a national institution, basically a parody of children's comics from the 70s. Most of the readership are middle aged men, and it's a mixture of highbrow intellectualism and schoolboy lavatory humour. This is the latest issue.

This is a "Top Tip." (Top tips are parodies of letters from tabloid newspapers where the readers send in letters saying really good ways of pressing your trousers, cleaning your grouting etc.)
