Related: About this forumHave The Kochs Finally Been Caught?
Joni Ernst managed to win a coveted Senate seat in the 2014 midterm elections in spite of being one of the more extreme candidates running that year. Her victory is credited to the Koch network that helped finance her campaign, but a new report says that the Kochs may have broken the law by doing this. Ring of Fires Farron Cousins discusses this with Brendan Fischer, the general counsel for the Center for Media and Democracy

for their very existence.
If justice existed in America, these men would be penniless and in prison.

It doesn't matter if they broke the law, no one's gonna' press charges. Prosecution is reserved for those who've never made any of the Forbes lists.

(13,108 posts)5. There are no laws that pertain to the Koch brothers, the Walmart family,
Wall Street, CEO's, MIC, or global corporations.
The laws are for the peons that smoke a joint or steal a loaf of bread.
The U.S. justice system is corrupt.
We have a 2 tier justice system that jails the poor and fines the rich.
Bernie is going to fix this shit if he gets elected.
