With Donald Trump rallying his supporters to attack Hillary Clinton over her husband's infidelity, Rudy Giuliani has answered the call in grand, preposterous fashion, claiming she's unfit to lead for staying married. Do these men truly think these are the important "issues" this election?

If it wasn't for your infidelity, perhaps you would today be a U.S. Senator from the state of New York.
You should talk!

I finally wore one woman out, though, and she gave up saying "she had nothing more to say" because I wouldn't
accept her view that because Bill lied under oath about his affairs that should disqualify Hillary from being President.
Students of logic these folks ain't.

(2,792 posts)Is this the message they want to send to women (and men) all over the country? Sometimes husbands and wives stay together because they love each other more than than hate the infidelity. Hillary knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Bill. They were best friends as well as lovers. They spent hours together talking about politics and life. Hillary loves Bill, pure and simple, despite the extreme hurt he caused. And Bill loves Hillary. You could feel the power of that love in his speech at the Democratic convention. Now that they are growing older, their love and friendship are deepening in ways that transcend sex and affairs. They are best friends and lifelong partners. That is something that Trump and Giuliani and too many others will never understand, because they are too self-absorbed to genuinely care about another person for a lifetime.
Every marital relationship is unique. Some married partners should break up, and others should not. For Hillary and Bill, I really admire and even love the way things have turned out. Their genuine love for each other gave birth to a wonderful and caring daughter, while Trump's loveless marriages bred mostly vipers and vermin. All Trump and Giuliani care about is sex and trophy wives. They miss what Hillary and Bill went through, as their love persisted through terrible times. Hillary and Bill are partners and friends, and it shows. Trump's wives were only sexy property for Trump, to be dumped for fresh sexual objects, as they became older or too "used" from pregnancy.
I detest Bill's transgressions, but I respect and admire the "stamina" and long-term friendship that Hillary has shown throughout these transgressions. What a powerful and wonderful woman she is. And brave and strong and wonderful women like her will be even more energized to vote for Hillary because of Giuliani's and Trump's misogyny and objectification of women. I guess Trump's campaign is hellbent on losing even more women.
