He can use them to curry favor with Putin and to spite the disloyal in the GOP.
Remember, trump is a capitalist, loyalty to nation is a distant second to personal gain.

I thought that only the USA could interfere with another countries elections, I wonder if they will do like our CIA and actually assassinate a running candidate or run the winning candidate out of their own country?????
