Health care is a privilege that is available to those who can afford it. The scariest thing is the the pride with which he says it. He is willing to compromise on public health issues like TB. Give the herd their shots but only call the vet for the prime stock. What an incredible POS.

I said to myself out loud "Oh my God, did he just say that?" Yes he did. He believes healthcare is a privilege available to those who can pay for it. The bad news is that the majority of Congress believes the same thing.

if a baby is sick and has a high fever, should the baby be seen by a doctor even if the parents cannot afford the doctor's fees?

If the answer is YES, then health care is a RIGHT

That's what we should ask the "it's a privilege" crowd.

If you can't afford medical care, than fuck you... go dig a grave and lay in it.
