On the other other hand, Pence might also take away ObamaCare.

(3,847 posts)These yah-hoos don't know that the ACA is "Obamacare". Hair Twittler also signed a bill allowing the coal industry to begin polluting the water again. They can start dumping toxins in pits with no levees.
They won't have to worry about black lung, they will get cancer and die first.
Didn't they listen?

(1,074 posts)When you have a narcissist, a liar, a bully, a scam artist, a mentally unfit person, a greedy, selfish person telling you something, why on earth would you believe him??!! It doesn't matter what policies he proposed, you should just have known better than to believe him!
It's hard to believe that so many voters who knew Trump as a celebrity re: the Apprentice, apparently didn't know anything else about him: summing it up... a lying, cheating, destroyer of businesses and people. Multiple bankruptcies. I doubt most of his followers have ever gone bankrupt. A lot of complexities the average desperate broke citizen encounters in bankruptcy were handled by a platoon of attorneys for Trump to screw over the creditors he certainly could have paid ( or has he lived broke forever on his name?

You people have all of this coming and more. It's got to hurt you badly or you'll vote for his orange ass a second time. Selective belief in 45's lies is unbelievable. He's a LIAR people. He LIES. And you put him in office.

I remember that Baton Rouge rally post-election when he told the faithful he didn't need their vote anymore. They went silent all of a sudden and then he realized he needed to do something. So he said, "I'll need it in another four years," and they perked up again. But, for a moment, they actually had a glimmer of truth. They'd been had.

(5,106 posts)Voters in the Kentucky/ southern .Virginia/W. Virginia area were not dumb They were, however, badly let down by the Democrats, and open to Trump bullshit. Bernie, so I've heard, was a bit suspect at election time. I won't deny that there was a bit of dreaded "Socialist" fear going on there Now W.Va. PTB are finding excuses to keep Bernie from speaking (check this out in recent news).

(74 posts)They act like they're pretty confident they'll get elected again, and never have to suffer the wrath of an enraged populace. And they're probably right. At least 23 GOP-controlled (that is to say, dirty) state legislatures are hard at work, right now, today, making it harder to vote. And the dirty governors will sign them. And who's going to stop that? This is how it works when billionaires buy elections. We have a billionaire's president, billionaire's senate, house, cabinet, most state legislatures. I had thought the "election" of '16 was a disaster, but I was wrong. It's a tragedy. Jason Kander, who was defeated in the stolen election, here in MO, has started an outfit called Let America Vote, and we need the help, and we NEED TO HELP Kander.
