(24,733 posts)does it honor these children to watch videos like these?
Beautiful children. Godlike. I want to honor their lives in the most graceful way possible.

(46,436 posts)I guess I'm not very religious these days, and I don't really believe in heaven or hell, but if there were a heaven, I can easily imagine this little angel singing with the heavenly choir. This just kind of choked me up when I saw it on the CBS news tonight.

(365 posts)There is nothing wrong with watching this video of this sweet child. And her parents agree, or they would not have made it public.
Your comment is strange.

(36,437 posts)That is very, very good singing for a six year old. Granted, her father is a famous musician and a music teacher, but still. That's a six year old who understands what she's doing.
Heartbreaking all over again.

Thank you so much for sharing that video of Ana and her brother...it is so sweet to watch, I thought I'd run out of tears but they just keep coming. I cannot imagine the heartbreak and loss that all of the young siblings of the Sandy Hook victims must be feeling.
Peace to every one of those families.

(8,554 posts)some of my most precious memories are of singing with my own big brother, when we were both little.
I read on that memorial page that the Western Connecticut State University has set up an Ana Grace Marquez-Greene Music Scholarship Fund, a real nice way to honor her.
