He must be dumb - Hitler was one of them who against the general use of weapons by the german populance power, You had to be in a german shooting club - registrated and controlled by the german authorities to have a weapon in Hitler-Germany - And some of the first things the germans was doing when they occupied Norway, was to make sure many who had a hunting lisence and a old Krag Jørgensen rifle was told to get it impounded - as many army soldiers had used the Krag rifle under the first mounts of the war to fend off german soldiers - with sucess if I might add - to a level where german offices complained to the norwigian counterparts by ordeans - that the norwigian soldiers was superiour to their own soldiers, becouse they was able to pintpoint where the germans was - and to shoot them.... Not hat it helped when Germany had an army who was light years ahead of the norwigian army was.. (and had a modern airforce)..¨ So if he wanted to invoice something, he might would have invoiced someone else than Hitler...
But, you must be rather "stupid" if you would invoice Hitler, and have no clue about the person...
