1. Considering that the Scouts

are pretty much a conservative invention and a de facto subsidiary of the Mormon Church, the step they're walking back now was pretty bold to initiate in the first place. I'm sure heads will roll for it. Too bad they're not as intolerant of pedophiles as they are gay kids. I guess you could say the same about the Catholic Church.

2. Keep in Mind

Many troops are not like the people at the top of the organization. When I was in boy scouts, my troop was nothing like the bigoted individuals who want to ban gays.

3. Good Comments

I was a boy scout all the way back to the 60s. It was a good organization, good thing for a father and son. Too bad all of this anti-gay nonsense, bad leadership is the reason, really a dark hour for the Scout cause of civic awareness and decency.
By the way, to the young dude in the video, with all due respect, clean your filthy disgusting bedroom. Have some class for chrissakes!
