Food allergies: something I ate last night did not agree with me, big time.

I'm thinking it could have been the raw red bell pepper, the raw broccoli or possibly the salad dressing got left out on the counter? Anyone want to make a guess? I'm not looking forward to testing myself on the red pepper or broccoli again!
I know I can't eat raw bananas, pineapple or honey.

How do you handle other nightshades, like potatoes, tomatoes?

If you handle the other nightshades well, my guess is that it isn't the red pepper.

I'm inclined to think the salad dressing went bad. What's in it?

but Bell pepper (green, red, yellow, and orange) gives me heartburn and burps like crazy. Hot peppers don't bother me at all (different family).

If you were embracing the porcelain throne last night, I vote that it was the salad dressing.

Red peppers, yellow peppers, bell peppers, eggplant, tobacco and tomato.

I am very allergic to tomatoes and I avoid all things in that family except potatoes.
