Follow this one tip for an undefeated boxing career

Smoke cigarettes for 3-6 months before your bout. Then quit 12-18 hours before the match and by the time those withdrawals are strong your opponent won't stand a chance. Or you could take a dive just to get the match over with so you can have a smoke.

I'm up to 34 hours of smoke-free and this is the first time trying to quit without other nicotine products. 2nd day is a lot better, I'm surprised I made it through the first day. I kept telling myself, "Have a smoke & quit tomorrow". Problem with that is I've been telling myself that 2 weeks prior to yesterday so logic finally won.
