It was hard to select one song to share since there are so many I love. I can listen to their music for hours on end.

Like I suggested, Ry Cooder turned up, like, everywhere. Thanks for that!

OK, Mr Trivia Wizard, Clarence White had two famous guitars; a mystery Martin of mythical proportions, and a Fender Stratocaster with the Parsons/White G-Bender. Can you name the two musicians who ended up with them?

The B-Bender Marty Stuart

The B-Bender was a Telecaster, not a Strat.

RIP Clarence White

while Andy Griffith played his favorite, a Martin D-18.

In other episodes, Andy Griffith played another D-18, an unbranded one with no pickguard. Do you know the cool story behind it?

That was Lonesome Rhodes' rhinestone studded guitar from the film, A Face in the Crowd. Andy Griffith 'borrowed' it after the filming wrapped up; he spent days sanding it down (it was painted before the rhinestones were glued on), then had it professionally finished.

I was going to post Meeting the Master! What a great song. They are great. They are from Michigan so that is kind of special.

They will be in Detroit on September 8,2023 Little Caesars Arena.

That show was absolutely amazing. They played a good 2 1/2 hours and the encore was easily over 30 minutes. I'm going to see them again when they hit the Forum on August 10th. GVF is definitely heading for legendary status!

I just found out about the tour, I wish I could afford to go. I got tickets for Duran Duran for Saturday, September 26th in Detroit, who knows I might have to splurge lol

I know Tears For Fears are touring and I'm definitely trying to hit their Hollywood Bowl show. Too many shows, not enough time or money!
