A good movie....a good story about life, neighbors, true friendship,dealing with grief....I really liked it.

is a bit better; the main character is older, crabbier and sadder. Otherwise the scripts are pretty close, except how Ove met Sonja. In the American version the cat has a bigger part, which I liked.

The name of the book is A Man Called Ove (the Swedish name was retained), the author is Fredrik Backman.

Tom Hanks is one of the truly great actors.

A Man Called Otto left both of us appreciating the miracle of love.

Really enjoyed the move and loved the bit left in his letter about not letting the husband drive the Chevy. Heart warming, poignant and funny.
