We'll assume, for the sake of argument, that camcorders and vcr's existed as of 1793(as well as batteries, electrical outlets, and lighting trees).

Also...excluding William Howard Taft(for the obvious chubby-chaser jokes)who'd have had the worst?

The President and Mrs. Coolidge were being shown [separately] around an experimental government farm. When [Mrs. Coolidge] came to the chicken yard she noticed that a rooster was mating very frequently. 7. Johnson - they could have called it "The President's Johnson".

Apparently he was rather substantially endowed as well. I only know this because of an NPR interview where a reporter was recounting a press event in the Oval Office where one of them asked Johnson why we were in Viet Nam. As best I can remember the quote, he said, "And we pulled out his non-insubstantial member, slammed it on the desk, and said, 'THIS is why we're in Viet Nam!'"
