Does anyone know how Bertha Venation is?

Last post was from the ER on Friday morning. I was about to answer the post to say it could be a heart attack when I noticed the date and time. Does anyone know?

She's at home.

She's doing fine, nothing serious to report.

She had a vaso-vagal response which is not uncommon.

It tends to happen at times when you stand up too quickly or, as in her case (if I remember correctly)she was bending over to tie her shoes when it happened.

Maybe she'll chime in here.

and hey, everybody. I am fine and I'm sorry I didn't check in sooner. They did a bunch of tests and found that with one or two not-immediately-life-threatening exceptions, I am fine.

Thanks to everyone for the good wishes, vibes and prayers. It means a lot to me that people care. DU has its problem areas (achoo-gd!), but on the whole we do really care about each other.

11. Lord, Girl. Glad you're okay.

I hate those occasional really creepy "it's really nothing" incidents. I had an atypical migraine some months back and I was freaking sure I was having a stroke. Went away within an hour while I lay in the ER.

I hate getting old. Makes you suspicious of everything. Stay strong!

My mom has been having a few 'issues' and I have been absent (not to mention absent-minded) for a few days... very glad to hear you're OK, Bertha!
