I like it! The sounds, the smells, and the rain 🌧 what a feast for the senses. Sitting on the
front porch of my little house and just feeling it
is a treat.

(35,359 posts)for two entire weeks just a few hours each time. From what I have heard Marietta had more serious flooding
but Columbus is 100 miles from the Ohio. Many areas in the state had flash flooding from the smaller
steams including some in Columbus.

(70,544 posts)The storm rolled in and through my neighborhood w/ little problems. My internet and cable are back.
I have always liked storms and with me getting sick and almost dying last fall it was a joy to feel the
rain and wind, hear the thunder, and smell the pre thunderstorm smells. Sometimes I had forgotten
that the simple things can make you rich.
Sorry to babble.

I learned about it.
