1. I have questions.

How do the cops expect to catch this serial killer at a concert with thousands of people?
Do they stop each person leaving and ask, "Are you a serial killer?"?
Do they have DNA evidence, and plan to swab every audience member?
Or, if they have a reasonable suspicion that a particular person is the killer, why would they wait until they're in an enormous crowd to try and seize them?
Is it a trap in the sense that a suspect was sent a complimentary ticket? If so, did they mail it to them? Or, did the suspect pick it up somewhere? Seems like that would have been a better time to nab them.
