Bacon Ice Cream - it's better than you think
This past weekend for the first time ever I tried Bacon Ice Cream.
This was actually very very good. We got it at the Chelsea Tavern in Wilmington and mind you this wasn't your cheap $4/tub grocery store ice cream.
It was a very rich vanila ice cream and in it was real pieces of bacon. So as you savored the ice cream you might nibble on the bacon and the flavor was actually very good.
