It's weird. I operate in three-space (physically) and have learned to tell when I'm pushing through something that should be solid or can't pull something because it's actually a sheet. I wake up briefly and pass back out. The crazy thing about it is that my mental positioning is off by 90 degrees from what I'm doing physically. That messes with my head more than anything else.
