Takeaway lessons for a happy life.

I have these three:

Be good to yourself, make time to do the things that bring you joy, practice balance.

Attitude is everything.

If people try to bring you down, tell them to F off. Stand up for yourself, because no one else will.

Please add yours.

And what are you taking them from?

Sorry - we just did a little Walking Dead Netflix marathon....

okay...rule one.

things, stuff, shiny baubles may amuse us and require no sacrifice,
unlike people, but we will still miss lost people more
than we will miss lost things

two.

wait for Denninmi to get better so you can send him ALL your oak leaves

three.

the only way we ever grow and change for the better is by doing things that aren't always predictable, comfortable or "respectable."

1. Don't sweat the small stuff.

2. We all need someone at least at some point in our lives and more likely many times.

3. Never stop educating yourself.

4. Don't spread yourself too thin. While family and friends are important, it's important that you indulge a little time in yourself as well.
