I was a lot like him when I was that age - a brainy nerd. The funny thing about that show is that I am sure every adult who watched it "knew" at least one of the Eds growing up. I ran across a couple of Eddys and an Ed or two as well. Eds are really useful for doing stupid and dangerous things because they just charge in, immune to any potential consequences.

I got a huge kick out of Rolf as well.
