We were going to just have a reg. day today, but my husband did something.

We have no tree, no decorations what so ever. We even had Raman noodles due to what little we got.
But my husband did something for me.
He found a way to get me a Christmas card. I got him nothing, I ended up crying on his shoulder. He told me that me staying with him through all that we have been going through is more that he could ever wish for.

Be thankful you have a partner who will stay with you through the tough times. I have only been in two long term relationships and both times when the going got rough they got going.

Of a good person is worth a million times more than any tangible gift that can be given. He may have given you a card, but you've given each other something much greater and much more valuable.

I am not familiar with the goings on in your lives, but I do wish you the best for the new year. May next year be better than this one.
