mail delivery is the highlight of the day...

Saturdays are going to suck now. And if the following Monday is a holiday, that makes three days in a row.

I've got birds to keep warm in the winter.

Haven't had anyone out to set up a connection to my generator since we've moved.

Other than that minor inconvenience in the winter, I enjoy the peace. yes, indeed.

The volume of mail will not vary, just the time frame needed to process it.

The true savings will come from, less use to delivery vehicles.

I was not making a joke, at all.

that would be a huge deal where I am.

In town a mail person could walk from house to house because they're close enough.

Up here in the forest where I am, there can be a thousand feet or more between one house and the next. Lots of gas being used....
