I prefer a Bloody Maria, myself--using tequila and hot sauce, rather than vodka and horseradish. That's not to say I would turn down a Bloody Mary...

Had a nasty run-in with $2 pitchers of Kamikazes in my younger days.

I remember drinking good tequila back in the 80's (not the crafted tequilas fairly common
now, but not cheap "well-drink" tequila, either).
.
We ran out and, with a coupla designated drivers drove to a nearby bar modeled after
an English upscale pub (and a very good job they did). This bar was so well-stocked with
tiers upon tiers of premium liquors -- perhaps 12 single-malts (this is before the single-malt
craze), 8 top-shelf vodkas, half-a-dozen premium brandies, etc.
.
When we tossed back our shots of tequila, we ALL grimaced (cheap tequila tastes even
MORE execrable after recent ingestion of good tequila). We were told that they only
stocked one type of tequila -- and it was a $1.50-a-shot-type of cheap well tequila.
.
We asked for the manager to complain. She calmly listened to our dissatisfaction and
apologized... but added, without any judgemental haughtiness in her voice, "We simply
don't like to encourage tequila-drinking here."
.
.
.
We understood completely and immediately.

Mexican resturaunt about 3 blocks from my house had the Kamikase night. Crawled home one night and slept on a cord of wood in the backyard.

Now about that houseplant...

But just leave the fruit off and include just the stem. This only works if they know there is suppose to be a cherry.
