They've added a few new ones... 
WEST ALLIS, Wis. —If you're planning to visit the Wisconsin State Fair this August, save room for more than 70 new foods being offered on the grounds.

Fair attendees will be able to try new foods such as Bacon Brat on a Stick, Beer Donuts, Cajun Frog Legs, an Elvis Sundae or Brioche con Gelato.
