8. I think he's going to get manslaughter and the mandatory ten year sentence.

1. He can get 2nd degree murder and a 25 to life sentence with 25 years minimum mandatory
2. Manslaughter and 10-25 with at least 10 being mandatory
3. Acquittal
4. Hung jury

I learned today from CNN that Florida does not parole prisoners.
