1. Do you mean Network News? Not on DirecTV, and new to HBO

But on PrismTV, it's Bill Maher, not Network News tonight.

Checking the schedule, maybe it's in re-runs. It's on at 5:45 or 5:30 most days this week.

I knew which program you meant, couldn't come up with the name!

When I searched for Network News, I got a program from Nigerian Television Authority. I wonder if they give news about unexpected inheritances they are willing to share?

Check to see if you can get it on demand, too. That came up as an option when I searched.

I just started getting HBO this week and would love to see Newsroom so I may be looking at on demand to watch it. Problem is, I'm going out of town next week and still have Game of Thrones to watch so I can return the DVD set to a friend.

If you know, you can always use HBO Go.
It would have all your HBO Shows there streaming.

You need to have an account though.

is usually new on Friday nights, with repeats throughout the week.

The "headliner" shows for HBO - True Blood, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, The Newsroom - are usually aired the first time on Sunday nights

10. If you have the On Demand feature, you can watch these shows anytime, including past episodes.

Same way with PPV movies. Check with Direct TV and see if they can set it up for you. If you have Wifi, they may be able to talk you through activating it.
