Sure, headlights look like the eyes of a car, but these fake eyelashes take the idea to feminine extreme.
CarLashes are the brainchild of enterpreneur Dottie Small of Park City, Utah, who, with her husband Robert, says has turned into a nice little business. They say they have sold $3 million worth of CarLashes in 92 countries.
The apparently success of CarLashes explains how more owners are inclined to personalize their cars.
They sell for $26.99 a pair and are glued on with an adhesive that can be eventually removed when owners grow tired of the ridicule -- or the lashes wear out.

(12,156 posts)1. My middle granddaughter put eyelashes
on her red car with big black polka dot decals on it - her ladybug car.
Her boyfriend wouldn't ride with her back to college until she at least removed the eyelashes. I thought they were funny. :-D

one upper and one lower, a la Alex in A Clockwork Orange. That would be cool.

please donate it to a community food program and help feed some starving people instead.
Sorry, it just pushed one of my buttons.
