So even though she was in England - the land of pubs - for her 21st, she only sipped a glass of champagne. Whew! Making up for that though with my younger girl who is trying to be Lindsey Lohan on the crazy wild scale so its possible you'll see my second girl in the newspapers when she hits 21...
