But if it is important to you, and you are afraid of offending people with a "defriend", just hide all their posts.....it is as good as defriending them, since they disappear.

Well, unless it is a direct question/comment intended for you. Then....well....awkward.

I am rarely on FB, but I do have a page, so I am not what you would consider a pro, but people who pissed me off with too much religion or conservative views or sports don't seem to know that I ignore them. If they really want to get in touch with me, they should send me a "message" instead of just noting on my wall. (I know, you are thinking WTF is she talking about.)

Finding an alternate hobby. Like skydiving. Or playing online games such as Mushroom farm revolution
