(12,704 posts)hiding names so you don't have to offend people. Wouldn't someone know you hid them if their posts were never acknowledged?

I am rarely on FB, but I do have a page, so I am not what you would consider a pro, but people who pissed me off with too much religion or conservative views or sports don't seem to know that I ignore them. If they really want to get in touch with me, they should send me a "message" instead of just noting on my wall. (I know, you are thinking WTF is she talking about.)

Or banging your head on a brick wall. What can you do on facebook that you cannot do via email, or some other wacky form of communication like DU, or meeting people in person?
