Ugh--should I go back on FB?

Some of my friends are like, yeah, come back..but then I want to defriend some people...what should I do?

3. If you escaped, I don't know why you want to go back.

But if it is important to you, and you are afraid of offending people with a "defriend", just hide all their posts.....it is as good as defriending them, since they disappear.

6. This is a dumb question but as I'm not on FB there some stuff that remains a mystery such as

hiding names so you don't have to offend people. Wouldn't someone know you hid them if their posts were never acknowledged?

7. I would say that 99% of posts are not acknowledged anyways.

Well, unless it is a direct question/comment intended for you. Then....well....awkward.

I am rarely on FB, but I do have a page, so I am not what you would consider a pro, but people who pissed me off with too much religion or conservative views or sports don't seem to know that I ignore them. If they really want to get in touch with me, they should send me a "message" instead of just noting on my wall. (I know, you are thinking WTF is she talking about.)

Finding an alternate hobby. Like skydiving. Or playing online games such as Mushroom farm revolution

Or banging your head on a brick wall. What can you do on facebook that you cannot do via email, or some other wacky form of communication like DU, or meeting people in person?
