Well all I got for christmas was the flu.

Feeling a lot better today. The blackelder berry kicked pretty fast. Just one day of feeling like hell. Hope everyone had a good christmas.

The true flu, influenza, doesn't come on or abate that fast.

Although it's really just semantics as we use flu to cover quite a few different things.

Hope you are feeling better now. Drink some hot tea and cozy up with a good book or movie.

I was fine on monday. I am sleeping on the recliner. Just think I was looking forward to my days off.
